High-performance blast cleaning system removes corrosion, mill scale and coating from most surface. Produces a uniform surface texture and creates a surface profile to increase bonding for coatings.It’s suitable for industrial blasting and painting contractors. Choose from 50 to 600 lbs capacity in portable.
The complete systems includes the blast machine, blast hose, nozzle, couplings, nozzle holder, moisture separator, remote control, helmet, air filter and other but excludes compressed air and abrasives.
  1. Portable Size and Abrasive Contain
    Size 50 lbs, abrasive contain 25 kgs
    Size 100 lbs, abrasive contain 50 kgs
    Size 300 lbs, abrasive contain 125 kgs
    Size 600 lbs, abrasive contain 250 kgs
  2. Tungsten Carbide Nozzle The straight bore nozzle are designed for use in pressure blasting cabinet.
    Blast nozzles are manufactured from a boron carbide inner liner and an aluminium outer sleeve. 
  3. The blast nozzle are general purpose and durable. Long venturi type blast nozzle suitable for a wide range of abrasive blasting applications. The aluminium outer jacket will protect the nozzle insert from damage. The available size is from no.4 to no.8The range of nozzle also includes a shot series for smaller capacity blast pots.
  4. Moisture Separator
    Direct ported filters with high water removal efficiency.
    Automatic drains supplied as standard.
    High flow with minimal pressure drop. 
  5. Remote Control
    Pneumatic remote control systems offer safe, efficient operation of the blast machine from lever mounted near the nozzle.
    In a pressure-release system, pressing the handle, pressurizes the machine to start blasting ; releasing the handle depressurizes the machine and stop blasting.
  6. Blasting Helmet
    The blasting helmet is utilized to protect blasting operator from health hazards associated with abrasive blasting, flying and ricocheting abrasives, excessive noise levels and dust generated from the pulverized coating and shattered abrasive.
  7. Air Filter
    Air filters reduce pollutants in respirator air supplied to workers.
    The filters will remove mists , water vapor and particulated from air supplied by a breathing are compressor.
